Welcome to the Blog Jog

Today I am participating in a blog jog, where blog readers have the opportunity to visit many blogs by "jogging" from site to site.

Thank you for stopping by my blog! If you or anyone you know has food allergies, I'd love it if you would leave a comment and let me know what your biggest food allergy problem is. Please consider becoming a follower.  After you explore my blog, your next stop is the site of Carl David, author of Bader Field, or head back to blog jog to find another interesting blog to visit.

Stop back on Tuesday for my usual bi-weekly update.

Most importantly, Happy Mother's Day to all the Mom's stopping by!

Hello Colette,
Came upon your site on the Blog Jog. Can't wait to come back and read more! I do a little allergy-free cooking for friends and really enjoy it. My blog, The Delightful Repast, is on the Jog too.

Hi, I'm blogjogging around with you all! What a great informative blog. I don't have allergies but good to know if someone else needs information.

Great blog! I am out jogging this morning and came across your site. I have a friend currently battling cancer and he has had to switch to a gluten free diet.

I am going to recommend your blog to him.

We live with food allergies on a daily basis. My youngest daughter was diagnosed with Milk and Soy Protien Intolerance as well as about 30 other foods that we know of. He allergy isn't breaking out in hives, her allergies cause her GI track to break down and bleed. I have issues myself especially dairy. Good post!!!

Blog Jog Day is terrific. I've been enjoying getting to know so many fantastic blogs!

Donna, I agree!

Joylene, many people do have allergies or sensitivities even if they don't have the usual symptoms. If you suspect it, you're probably right.

Brandy, that's a really long list of foods to avoid! Most allergies are to the proteins.

Annette, thanks for the referral.

Jan, Sinn, Carol, Carole, Jean, Joylene, Brandy and Donna -- thanks for following! I appreciate the support.

Happened upon your blog from the Food Allergy Assistant. I'm out of time to surf right now but I will be back. Looking forward to reading your posts.
